Finally we had the belated opening of our show "Augmented Plateau" at HUMlabX, Arts Campus, Umeå University.
During the two hours between 4 and 6 pm we had it open for the opening yesterday, we had a steady stream of visitors all the time, and we estimate the number of visitors to be somewhere between 40 and 50 people. The highlight of the day was probably when a whole class of art students from Finland poured in, and asked many engaging questions about the show.
The show, which was originally scheduled to be between 14 Feb - 8 March was postponed due to the illness of our beloved artistic leader Carl-Erik Engqvist, who has been in charge of the physical art venues for the last couple of years. Now he is back, we are very pleased to have the opportunity to have this excellent show between 10 - 30 April instead.
Our gratitude to all the artists who have been with Yoshikaze and have allowed us to show their works. We are looking forward to receiving more visitors at this wonderful new venue.
